Excellent customer service. Mrs. Spells went above and beyond, every step of the way! There was no stone left unturned. From the showing of multiple homes, until closing day. Chassity was amazing from start to finish. We sold our first home so this was a completely new process for us. The house was listed on 4/3 and sold 5/16. She was very knowledgeable, professional and informative throughout the entire process. We were pleased with her communication and guidance to ensure we listed and sold our house in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for smoother process even while navigating small bumps in the road. I would highly recommend Chassity and I am so happy I chose her to be my realtor!!!
